SANTIAGO, Chile .- One of the most advanced telescopes of the European Southern Observatory (ESO), Chile managed to capture the powerful Helix nebula, known as “Eye of God.”
Helix is one of the closest planetary nebulae to Earth.
To achieve the image, the scientist explains Jeremy Walsh, a scientist at Southern European Observatory in Germany, we used infrared light that managed the radiation spectrum of the nebula.
Scientists believe that the image could be the most notable of recent years reveals precious details of the nebula that looks like a giant eye in space.
