MEXICO CITY, PGR will report profiles the 37 most wanted criminals
You must specify whether they had ever been arrested, the reasons why they were detained and if so, why they were released, said IFAI
The Attorney General’s Office (PGR) shall disclose information related to the profiles of the 37 most wanted leaders, published in 2009, settled the Federal Institute of Access to Information.
At its first plenary session of the year, the agency determined that the PGR transparency must specify whether they had ever been arrested, the reasons why they were detained and if so, why they were released.
In the review process, the PGR reported that the list of 37 criminal leaders,
The Commission Rapporteur, Maria Elena Perez-Jaen, warned that there is no objective evidence to determine that dissemination of the information requested could impact some research and, consequently, in the active prosecution of crimes.
Thus, the full Federal Institute of Access to Information and Protection of Information (IFAI) approved the modification of the response of the PGR and instructed him to do a new search for the information and where to locate, deliver to the applicant , or declare its nonexistence.

Edgar Valdez Villarreal, aka ‘La Barbie’, Vicente Carrillo Fuentes, alias ‘The Viceroy’, Vicente Carrillo Leyva, and Nazario Moreno Gonzalez.
Also Servando Gomez Martinez, alias “La Tuta”, Jose de Jesus Mendez Vargas, alias “El Chango ‘, Dionisio Loya Plancarte, Teodoro Garcia Simental, alias” El Teo “, Fernando Sanchez Arellano, known as’ The Engineer’.
