Iran has detailed plans to destroy with its missiles 35 U.S. Air Force bases in the Middle East, the Persian Gulf and Central Asia if attacked, said Gen. Amir Ali Hayizadeh, Aerospace Force Commander of the IRGC.
“We have taken steps to attack those bases and deploy missiles to destroy all in the first minutes of an attack (enemy Iran),” he said today in comments broadcast Hayizadeh local agency Fars.
Hayizadeh was speaking, in which he expressed Iran’s plans for an eventual U.S. attack against its territory, following a three-day maneuvers in which the IRGC have tried various types of domestically manufactured missiles.
The special command of the military defense of the Iranian Islamic revolution, said the United States “has 35 bases around Iran,” adding that “all are within reach of our missiles, as well as the land occupied Palestine (Israel).”
