José Manuel Torres Felix, alias “The Waved” was killed during a clash in the town of Oso Viejo, receivership of Quilá, municipality Culiacan

According to research, in the operation were captured Francisco Javier Acosta Franco aka “the Picho” Mauricio Mesa and Guadalupe Franco Azueta Angulo, Felix Torres alleged bodyguards.

The Attorney General’s Office (PGR) offered a reward of three million dollars for information that would lead to the capture of Jose Manuel Torres Felix, since it had an arrest warrant on charges of organized crime and health.
The body of the deceased, the three detainees as well as weapons, drugs, cash and vehicles were secured and they were delivered to the appropriate authorities.
